1. Eligibility for Refund:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase/delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with packaging.
- Digital products or services are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

- Our team will respond within 2–3 business days to process your request.
3. Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time, please first check your bank account, then contact your payment provider.

Note: ELPHIEPOLY reserves the right to deny refunds if the product is returned damaged or if the refund request falls outside the stated conditions.
